When users try submitting the form on their iPhone 5s device, using the Safari browser, nothing happens. They are suppose to be taken to another page after submitting but instead are just kept on that form page, as if the form didn’t go through. On the back end, the form does come through fine but this is not a good user experience.
I have tested on multiple mobile devices & browsers. The iPhone 5s in Safari is the only one that I keep seeing this issue come up on.

Did you test this form on a default theme? Is it working there? If possible, please create a new ticket in the Gravity Forms forum. It will help a lot.
We also found this error on the console, cause by a third party plugin which is not directly connected to the issue but may be worth fixing:
