    We have Enfold on one of our sites and when we activate Gravity Forms, it breaks the site editor’s customizer. When going to the page, we get a spinning circle in the editor box that does not stop.

    Here are the errors we get in the error log:

    Also, when updating the theme, it is causing errors.
    It appears that now LayerSlider is broken on the update. When going to edit any sliders, it shows completely messed up.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you update the theme manually or via FTP? Please remove the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder completely and then replace it with the latest version. The shortcode files in that folder are probably duplicated.

    We updated the theme manually via FTP. We will try that with the shortcode files.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    The “avia-shortcodes” folder is missing from the config-templatebuilder folder. Download the latest version of the theme and then extract the config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes folder. Upload it to the correct path.

    Ismael, the avia-shortcodes folder wasn’t missing to begin with. We downloaded this theme from Theme Forest. As such, it is expected that we receive a full theme package in a zip file. Upon reinstalling the theme, from scratch, again, it resulted in fatal errors. We don’t have Wordfence installed. What do we need to do to get this working?

    Hi,

    It is missing from the “config-templatebuilder” folder when I checked. I would like to take a look again but the site is not loading. Did you transfer it? Please put the “avia-shortcodes” folder inside the “config-templatebuilder” folder.

    We’ve done everything that has been asked thus far. I just FTP’d into the site. The avia-shortcodes is inside the config-templatebuilder folder. The theme is generating fatal errors which is why the site doesn’t load.

    Looks like you still have the old folder there too, it needs to be removed.
