Hi, I am having similar issues to post #590549 with the gravity forms plugin. I have tested with all other plugins disabled and with the Twenty Seventeen theme. The only solution was disabling Enfold.
Please refer to the url included in private content, the form on this page is not visible due to js errors stopping the gravity forms plugin from running correctly.
Hey gardiwil,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
I have updated the theme to version 4.1.2 and the issue still exists. No change at all.
The error I get can be seen in the attached image.
I have reverted the theme back to the version we were using as there were many styles to do with the header (due to some customisations we made) that needed adjusting with the new version, which were not worth spending time on since updating the theme didn’t resolve the issue anyway.
We are looking to go live on this site very soon, so this is quite a matter of urgency.
If you could help me discover the cause of the conflict, that would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
CLOSED – problem was due to an old version of jQuery being called by the theme, conflicting with gravity forms’ js.
Hi!
We’re glad that you were able to find the problem. We’ll close this topic now. For any other questions or issues, feel free to post them here on the forum and we will do our best to assist you.
For your information, you can also take a look at Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
We’d also appreciate it if you can take a moment to review our theme if you haven’t already. https://themeforest.net/downloads
Thank you for using Enfold.
Cheers!
