    Hello!

I am having an issue with Gravity Forms and Enfold – I have spent several hours trying to fix, and looking at the forums – my issue seems to be unique…

    Basics
    — I installed Gravity Forms (Developer license)
    — I built a very large form (conditional logic)
    — When I preview in the form builder, everything look and works correctly
    — When I insert shortcode into a page, it does not work right (.js conflict I think)

Here are the two main issues I have:
    1. Each time you click “next” it seems that the page is refreshing to be able to go to the next section/page in the logic.
    2. In some places in the form, i used HTML options to display an image with link. The images are supposed to be side-by-side (horizontally) but when the page loads the code, the images start moving on their own to align vertically. It looks like it is supposed to until you mouse over (not click) an image. Again, i think .js is the issue.

    What I have tried:
I tried turning on and off “no conflict mode” in Gravity Forms settings
I tried to use without header/footer
I tried it with Enfold disabled and it works
I do not want to put it in a popup
the form works when in preview mode (the Gravity Forms preview in the builder)

I really need this to work. I have included site information in “Private” please help!

    Thank you!

    Hey jellyfish007,

Here is a thread to consider:
    https://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/loading-gforms-via-jquery-load-prevents-ajax-submit-from-working-correctly
I did not see any images on that form. Which options I have to choose to see the images?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Victoria – Thank you for responding!

In order to see images, click through as follows:
On the first page, click “next” to see a dropdown that contains lots of options.
    Next, choose option “Install”
Next, click radio button “”I’d like to see in-person training events”
Scroll down a bit, and you will see the html images I am talking about – when you mouse over them, they disappear, and re-align as vertical.

Very strange. Thank you! Also, it looks like the page refreshes when you go through the form steps – it does not do this in the Gravity Forms preview mode – and not when I use a non-enfold template…so i know the issue is in the page…

    Thank you!

    Hi jellyfish007,

Well, you’ll need to debug JavaScript on the page when not in preview, to see where there is a conflict.
The images look fine on my end in Chrome and Safari. Which browser are you looking at?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Thank you – yes, the images look that way for me also – however, if I mouse over (not click) the images on my end, they re-arrange and are vertically aligned. As for debugging the .js, I have zero idea of how to do that… :) Can you just tell me what about Enfold might be causing this? I did deactivate all plugins, so i know that isn’t the cause either…

I added what I see if I mouse over my horizontal images in private

    Thanks!
