Hi,
there seems to be a conflict between Enfold and Gravity Forms plugin.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
– add HTML element to gravity form
– add radio element to gravity form
– set HTML element to be conditional based on value from radio element
– add product slider element to the same page as the gravity form
– view page while logged-in. result: gravity form is displayed correctly
– view page in incognito mode not logged in. result: gravity form is not visible.
– remove the product slider element. result: when logged out gravity form is visible.I’m attaching WooCommerce status report for full reference on server/WP environment.
November 13, 2019 at 6:33 am #1156289Hey Andrius,
Thanks for the info. Could you post login details to a site where we can see the problem please? Also please point out where the problem can be seen.
If it works when logged in but not when logged out then it’s likely due to caching. Most caching plugins won’t display cached content for logged in users.

RikardNovember 13, 2019 at 1:06 pm #1156391Hi @Rikard,
please find login details attached. The issue is unlikely related to caching (it was my first guess as well) as clearing the cache and enabling CloudFlare dev mode doesn’t solve the issue. Moreover, I had this issue checked by SiteGround Senior Technical Support Team and they came back with an answer that it’s not related to caching. De-activating WooCommerce solves the issue. However, removing the ALB Product Slider element solves the issue as well. So it doesn’t seem to be related to WooCommerce or Gravity Forms as forms using the same conditional logic and identical field configuration work properly on pages without the ALB Product Slider element.
Cheers,
AndriusNovember 19, 2019 at 9:15 pm #1158276Hi,
This is actually clear because of cache as siteground cache seems to be conflicted with either CDN or our Optimisation.
To make this clear: When something is working when loged it, this is *because* cache is not been active when loged :DBest regards,
BasilisNovember 20, 2019 at 11:10 am #1158429this, frankly, is becoming quite ridiculous. Have you even read my message? Have you tried the steps outlined? I seriously doubt it as it just seems that you assumed it was caching. Even though evidence points to the contrary.
Taking 6 days to reply without even reading my message thoroughly is quite something. As a long-term user (over 6 years now) of Enfold on multiple websites and as someone paying for extended support I’m beginning to doubt the value of it.
Could you please look into this rather than assume? I’ve also attached login details to my previous message. Feel free to use them.Andrius

another 2 days have passed without any response. That is a total of 9 days since the initial support request.
Have you managed to look into the issue?
Thanks,
AndriusNovember 28, 2019 at 10:22 pm #1161106Hi,
Unfortunately, there is a big Que and none of the other ppl working at support also identified the issue.
Can you provide siteground access also please?Best regards,
BasilisDecember 2, 2019 at 5:56 pm #1161945@Basilis,
as the site is live I’m not comfortable with sharing SiteGround access. I’ve disabled static caching on the staging site to which I’ve shared login details in this thread earlier. You can disable dynamic caching in WordPress admin. Memcached is enabled on all sites. Staging site is not set up to use CloudFlare.
Looking forward to the results of your investigation.
Thanks a lot,
AndriusDecember 2, 2019 at 6:12 pm #1161949Hello, i meet the same problem with GravityForms on Safari only.
There is a javascript error on console :

Do you think this problem could be fixed quickly ? I have a lot of visitor who are on iOS and macOS.
ThanksDecember 5, 2019 at 2:30 pm #1162997Sveiki!
We are sorry for the late reply!
There was a JS error on Safari and i fixed it by replacing /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js. @planchecontact, please apply the same changes on your website.
However that did not fix it. In incognito window inline “display: none;” is added to Gravity Forms – https://imgur.com/a/JerZlul and only error i see in console (only in incognito mode) is related to Google Analytics. Can we temporarily remove your Google Analytic codes for testing purposes?
Edit: I just tested this on my local installation and it works fine on my end – https://imgur.com/a/QQP7SWI. One the plugins you are using must be the culprit.
