    For some reason the grandchildren menu items are showing up to the left of the child pages, rather than the right.

    Check out the Publications –> Publications by Subject menu item

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    #top .av-main-nav ul ul { left: 207px; }
