I added the google map widget to my footer and I am getting the map ok, but it has two errors above it:

Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): No such file or directory in /homepages/44/d519286594/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/DCAUTOSOVERTON/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 1322

Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): A link to the server could not be established in /homepages/44/d519286594/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/DCAUTOSOVERTON/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 1322

I tried this back in February but decided to replace it with the Calendar widget when I got the error the first time. I was hoping that the error would be resolved in later releases.

It would look much better with the map. Help please.

    Hey Mick,

You are using an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (3.3.2) to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard

I couldn’t get it to update as instructed at first. Then I realised that the API key was wrong. After fixing the key the theme updated and the map problem was resolved. Thank you for your help.

    Regards
    Mick
