    I am getting a 403 response code to this url (wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/) in Google Webmaster Tools. I saw older posts about this where it was recommended to Disallow that in Robots.txt. I also saw another post about how Disallowing in Robots.txt that can be bad for SEO.

    What is the best way to fix this error? Thank you.

    Hey Robo,

    You can add it for a specific link only for that URL and it will not harm your SEO, do not worry at all.

    So just to clarify, Disallowing this: wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/ will not hurt SEO and will fix the issue?

    Hi,

    It should hopefully fix the issue yes, it won’t affect your SEO since none of your content lives in that folder.
