Hi there
We have been through this together. Please check the following posts for the Google Translate integration that you helped me with before:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/alignment-google-translator-in-secondary-menu/
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/google-translator-on-secondary-menu/At the moment, it simply disappeared from the page but I can still see that the code (or the tracker) is being loaded on the page. However we can not see it anywhere.
Page is in private.
Can you please confirm if there is a way where the flags may be hidden outside the screen area? If so, how to align and make them visible again?
Thank you

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 11, 2018 at 5:05 am #970936Thank you Victoria
Please check below. I even tried to remove the custom code provided by your support but still no luck.
June 11, 2018 at 11:24 am #971081Hi sitesme,
I have checked it and it seems the plugin isn’t displaying it anymore, I have tested the shortcode in a test page I created (link in private content), also this has been raised up as an issue on the plugin:

That support post was created by myself. If you dig up through the support forum you can’t see any other complaint related to this issue so… I’m not sure if the problem is with the plugin to be honest. I guess something changed in Enfold that caused this issue. Or a plugin update?
June 12, 2018 at 9:07 pm #971845Hi,
Unfortunately we cant be sure with the compatibility with the 3rd party plugin
Best regards,
BasilisJune 12, 2018 at 9:42 pm #971884Ok, I can understand that but it is really frustrating that this particular 3rd party plugin has been working for at least 2 years without any major issue and suddenly stops working.
The minimum you could do (as the great support that you used to have before) is to help me finding a workaround or a small modification to make the plugin work again.
June 13, 2018 at 11:26 am #972228Hi sitesme,
I apologize for my mistake, I was able to check it on my local server using Enfold 4.4.1 and the plugin is working fine even when applied in the header, though it’s not working on your site and not showing any errors. I think it’s more of a plugin conflict, can you try to disable all other plugins except for Google Language Translator and try to check it again make sure to flush out the cache also. If that helps, enable plugins one by one while checking to know which of it causes the conflict, if that doesn’t help, please allow us to disable plugins temporarily and give us ftp access.
Best regards,
Nikko -
