    Hello

We started to use the built in cookie banner module with our sites and noticed some behavior we cannot explain. two of the three google cookies are not deleted. here my steps:
    1. accept all cookies initially
    2. reopen the cookie banner layover bei clicking “COOKIE EINSTELLUNGEN” in the footer – this is calling your JS function
    3. disable the google tracking cookies.
    4. check (screenshots)

Only one of 3 cookies has been removed. Tthe cookie aviaPrivacyCustomCookie_gDisabled is true in both cases. Can you please have a look why that is? I have uploaded two screens how it looks on my side, and will leave credentials in the private area.
There is no problem initially. If I do not accept google tracking there are no cookies set.

    Thank you, BR Jay

    Hi Jay,

We are sorry for the late reply!

It seems like both password and screenshots are deleted. Could you please upload screenshots once again and share the password?

    Best regards,
    Yigitx

I have uploaded new screens as well. I hope the new screens gonna pinpoint the problem as well.

    Hi,

Can you post the screenshots again? They are no longer available.

We also replied to the other thread.
