    Hi folks,
    I’m looking for a GDPR friendly way to embed Google Street View in my page.
    Unfortunately, the integrated maps tool does not offer a possibility for Street View.
    What I can do right now is insert googles iframe, but in concerns of GDPR compliance, thats a problem.

    Is there a shortcode or anything that lets me check whether the google maps cookie is already enabled. Ideally with a fallback solution just like the integrated maps tool works.

    Any helpful advice is highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Hi charnisch,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
