    Hi,
    we have recently updated our enfold theme, and we found out that some of the option tabs are not showing. We have all the tabs till “Newsletter”, but we miss the “Google services”, “Demo import”, “Import/export”, “Theme update” (we have another site with this same theme, so we checked the missing ones with it).

    Can you help us solving this issue? Cause without that we can’t insert the API for google map present on our site.

    Hey!

    Please firstly make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is currently 4.0.5 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately :)

    That is weird. There is a JS error which is causing the issue. Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look further into it? :)

    Hi Yigit,
    thank you for your commitment, the site is placed on our server and we have a systemist that I can try to ask for. Can you tell me what to ask him or tell me about the kind of problem to be investigated? On the same server reside two wordpress sites with the enfold theme and work smoothly!!

    Hey!

    I attached the screenshots in private content field which shows the error in console. It may have something to with rewrites but i am not sure. Hopefully systemist can point out the issue. Since it is only on one installation, i definitely think it has something to do with server settings
