Hi, i have a problem when new google recaptcha is enabled in enfold settings…
i have a custom code form on my page that does not need recaptcha, but when i activate recaptcha then action attribute is removed from form
i think that there is a some kind of bug, recapthca should be optional on forms

Yes, that is a bug from the theme. We will include a fix in the next patch. You can do the following modification to fix the issue momentarily.
