If I have Google ReCAPTCHA v3 and hide the maths validation for the contact form the submit button is stuck on “Authenticating” and is inactive. The page loads in this way and doesn’t get affected if any of the fields are filled out.
I reverted my site back to show the maths validation captcha so it would work.
However when I tested it again with the maths captcha off and Google’s ReCAPTCHA v3 it worked again.
Is there a bug with the system you have encountered before with the contact form?- This topic was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by mcdragon.

BasilisMarch 15, 2019 at 7:30 pm #1079215I have similar problem. As I enable v3 all my contact forms are showing “Authenticating…” They only work if ReCAPTCHA is dissabled. Mobile and PC
March 20, 2019 at 4:51 am #1080647Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
@mcdragon: Do you have a test page where we can see the issue? The authentication is working properly in the contact page, perhaps because the default captcha is disabled.
@NikaKind: Please create a test page or provide a link to the page with the contact form so that we can check the issue.
Best regards,

@NikaKink: What do you mean? We are just asking you to provide a link to the page with the contact form element. Make sure that you have the correct API keys for the corresponding version. If v3 is enabled, make sure that you have the v3 API keys.Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 23, 2019 at 1:06 pm #1082110Hello,
hm… I already miss the label (“protected by Recaptcha”) on Enfold 4.5.5. (desktop/mobile)
Recaptcha is not even integrated properly, the contact-messages was not checked, they go out this way.For test, i switch the Theme (preview is enough) and the Info-Label is back again.
I also have no problems with other themes, not even with the CF7 plugin and their settings or function..i use the (same) v3 keys in the integration menu (CF7) and done, the label comes back on all pages and the form will be work correct.thx and regards
March 25, 2019 at 5:18 am #1082518Hi,
@kommisar: We intentionally removed the recaptcha label because it covers the “scroll to top” button and it doesn’t really blend well with the theme, aesthetically. The contact form element has an option to toggle between the label and the input place holder. Is that what you’re referring to? If you have the time, please create a new thread and post the site url along with the login credentials.
Best regards,

@elituchy: Please open a new ticket and we’ll give you an access to the beta version containing a new version of the spam protection feature. We have to add the link in the private field. You won’t be able to see it if we put it here because you didn’t open this thread.Best regards,
