    Hello dear team,
    I would like to use Google reCAPTCHA V2 on my website. I entered the key from google for this. Here I activated both V2 and V3. I would like to use a variant of both, but unfortunately neither works. With the V2 version, the “I’m not a robot” window WILL be previewed in the layout builder, but not on the page. With version V3, the Google data protection declaration is displayed under the contact form, but if you want to send the form, it loads unsuccessfully for a long time and is ultimately never sent.

    do you have a solution?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Is it working correctly after accepting the cookies or after interacting with the cookie consent bar? The issue occurs because of this google map error, which might be due to the usercentrics (UC) consent box.

    at $.AviaMapsAPI._applyMap (avia_google_maps_api.js:171:22)

    Have you tried disabling the UC plugin or script temporarily?

    Hello Ismael,
    you are right, if i remove the code from usercentrics it works. How can I solve the problem? I need the coockie query(usercentrics) urgently.

    Hi,

    We disabled the cache and autoptimize plugin temporarily for testing. It seems to work correctly when we set the Security > Kontakt-Formular-Captcha to the very last option (v3).

    Is there a staging version of the site? Please try to create a clone of the site and re-enable the UC script so that we can check the issue further. Additional info from the plugin authors should help.

    Hello Ismael,
    I’ve tried it, unfortunately it doesn’t work with V3 either. Even if the plugins are disabled. The contact form loads indefinitely when you click send and never sends the information.

    I created a clone called “Staging for Krisie” with the “WPStaging” plugin, which you are welcome to use.

    Hi,

    The Google recaptcha and contact form works properly when we disable the noellmn_add_erecht24_code function in the fuctions.php file. This function loads the usercentrics (UC) scripts. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with the UC extension in general, but there might be an option to automatically allow certain scripts. You may need to contact the script authors for more info.
