    When visiting the contact form on our website the following mesage shows up:
    Dieses Kontaktformular ist momentan deaktiviert, da Sie den Google reCAPTCHA-Service noch nicht akzeptiert haben. Dieser ist für die Validierung des Sendevorgangs jedoch notwendig
    The Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behavior is set to the 1st option.

    Thanks for the screenshot and link. I still can’t see that message on my end though, please see screenshot in private. Could you try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window to see if that helps please?

    Hello Rikard,

    with a private browser it works and -after emptying the cache- with my PC as well. Sorry and thank you for your support.
    One more question: Now, after having the reCaptcha box available I only can tick “I am no robot” but the picture identification feature does not show up. Is this sufficient to prevent from spam?

    And one more point where I need an information.
    We would like to create a landing page that can be used by our agents and were they can bit in their logo and company address. Is there a feature in enfold available to implement this.

    Hi Wolfgang,

    Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working now. The selecting of pictures in Google Recaptcha doesn’t happen every time as far as I know, it’s only displayed when the software is not sure if the user is a bot or not.

    I’m not sure I fully understand what functionality you need on the landing page for you clients, could you try to explain a bit further please?
