    Hi
    THere no Google services in my Enfold options. I wanted to insert the API key for google, in order to make google maps work. But there is no place to do it.

    Hey María,

    Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (3.8.4), http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. I tried logging in with the details you posted but they are not working, please check and verify them if you should need any further help on the topic.

    My theme says I already have the latest version.
    “Theme Updates: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.5.4)”
    What can I do with that?

    Hi,

    Ok, please try running this plugin in order to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. If that doesn’t work then you will probably have to update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    The plug in didn’s solve my problem. And when I download Enfold zip folder, wp said this archive was already downloaded. What should I do now?

    Please try upload the theme through FTP and replace the old file, so we can be able to solve the issue.

    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP logins here privately as well.
    Please note that any files you have modified will be overwritten, if you have modified any. Because you are not using a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/. If you have not modified theme files, please let us know. If you have, have a backup first.

    I donnot know if I modified any file. I just changed some things in styles and other options. I hope it’s nothing to do with the files, because I donnot know how to save the changes if I update the theme. If you can update it for me, I think it would be better.

    Hi,

    We will need FTP logins to update the theme for you. If you do not know them, please ask your hosting provider and post them here privately.
    We could try updating the theme from WordPress dashboard but if we run into an unexpected issue and site crashes, we would need your FTP logins to fix, so we prefer not to take the risk, even if it is a small one :)
