Hi Team,
Just launched new site in Enfold version 4.5 and have set up Google Maps correctly with billing etc all set up.
The map is appearing fine, but the console is throwing “Retired Version Error” which is preventing SSL padlock to appear in browser. It’s the only error affecting SSL display.
Can you check the Google Maps version you are referencing in the latest version of the Enfold Theme please?
With settings in Google Maps now asking for version to be either specific version, or set to weekly, monthly or quarterly – is there a way to prevent this with a more simple solution for all of us???
Thanks – Scott

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

January 8, 2019 at 4:30 am #1051168Hi,
Thanks for the update. We changed the Google map script versioning to “weekly” on Enfold 4.5.2 to get rid of the “retired version” warning. Please upgrade the theme to the latest version.
