Hi
My Google maps are not showing on mobile, they are fine on desktop. The element visibility is not checked to hide on mobile.
I was using Version 4.8.6 and presumed the problem had something to do with the recent issues so I waited a while and have just upgraded to version 4.8.6.2 but still no map on mobile.
I am using WordPress Version 5.8
I have included login info in the private content below.
Thank you.
Tia
Hi Tia,
Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing jQuery errors on the page you linked to, what happens if you deactivate all plugins?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard
I deactivated all plugins one by one, refreshing cache each time, but I seem to be getting different results on different pages – map is showing on mobile on some pages and not others. See private content.
As far as I can see the layout of both pages is the same. I have re-saved the map module and page just to ensure.
However, I do notice that an element that I disabled is still showing on the mobile page even though I cleared the cache in Safari. The element does not show on desktop? Can you suggest how I can force a cache refresh on mobile other than the normal cache refresh in settings>safari.
Any help would be appreciated because I can’t leave the site with all these plugins disabled for very long.
Many thanks
Tia
Hi Tia,
Thanks for the update. I checked both of the links you sent in regular and incognito browser windows on mobile, and the maps are always showing now on my end. Could you try loading the pages in incognito/private windows on your device, to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard
Thanks for that. It seems to be okay now. I think it was a caching issue.
