    Hi,

    When trying to ‘retrieve coordinates’, the following error keeps appearing and our map is not showing: “Too many requests at once, please wait a few seconds before requesting coordinates again”. It doesnt matter how long we wait as the same error populates. We have Enfold 4.5.1, WP 5.0, our Google API is authenticated and connected as well.

    Appreciate your assistance to resolve this issue.

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which address are you trying to add an where can we see the element in question on your site?

    I fixed by entering billing info in the Google account!

    It seems to fetch coordinates now after updating Billing Info. but map does not show up – I’ve supplied the needed credentials privately.

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
