    Hi – i have set up an API key will a billing account. When i enter the key in the google services section – it says its ok, but when i try to add my location to the map / contact page it just says.

    An error occurredX
    Google changed the way google maps work. You now need to enter a valid Google Maps API Key

    You can read a description on how to create and enter that key here: Enfold Google Settings

    i have checked for error messages on the actual page and it seems to be using an old key, before i setup billing.

    ANy ideas?

    Update on this – i can get it to work by adding another maps plugin to the site and adding that to the page but when i remove it – it breaks again. The additional plugin i have used is WP Google Map. i can leave this in the page and hide it but would it count as two request for each page load?

    Thanks for the update. Did you try following this? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/. If that doesn’t help then please provide details to where we can see and reproduce the problem.
