Hi,

Bu the tooltip simple doesn’t show up on the map.When I get the correct coordinates: http://screencast.com/t/stZWY5Tp9uEF

The maps have trouble with some coordinates and we haven’t been able to figure out why yet. If you use an address near yours then it should work fine.
You could try using a google maps plugin to see if that works ok or go to the google maps website, https://www.google.com/maps, and fill out your address and copy the embed code to see if it works fine there.
