Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

Thanks for that. The Google Maps API field is empty under Enfold->Google Services, try adding the key there first so that we can see which error message you are getting on the front end.

Adding the API works fine when I try it. You are getting the following error message from Google Maps: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error. Please try following the instructions there.

I have a dynamic IP and so I cannot really give it to . I tried the VPN and the website did not load either. Please wait till Rikard or another colleague replies.

VictoriaFebruary 29, 2020 at 3:54 am #1188976Hi,
You need to keep the API key in the theme options, otherwise we can’t see the error messages on the front end. You are now getting this error message: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error. Please try following those instructions as well.

Thank you for the update.
We got this error when we tried to validate the API key in the backend.
Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
It means that the Geocoding Services API is disabled, so you have to turn it on. Please check this doc for more info.

We got a different error when we tried to validate the key again.
Google Maps JavaScript API error: ExpiredKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#expired-key-map-error
The key has expired or it has been erased. Please generate another API key from the same project where the Geocoding Services API is enabled.
Thank you for your patience.

Looks like you’ve managed to validate the API key. The map element in the Kontakt page is now working properly. Let us know if you need anything else.
