Hi,
My Google Map doesn’t display properly?
I’ve entered the API. The UK address won’t automatically retrieve the coordinates so I’ve entered them myself manually.
It just shows up a random point in the ocean for some reason?
Can you help please?
Thanks,
Harvinder

Can you try a different address, lets say to the center of the town and let us know if that one works out?

BasilisFebruary 6, 2017 at 8:57 pm #743598Hi,
I’ve tried a few different coordinates but they don’t seem to work..
I’ve entered the correct API details in the setup page..
When I try and ‘fetch’ the coordinates it still comes up with this warning:
An error occurred

Google changed the way google maps work. You now need to enter a valid Google Maps API KeyYou can read a description on how to create and enter that key here: Enfold Google Settings

February 14, 2017 at 4:34 pm #746965Hi,
delete all your Google API Keys, then start again and watch this tutorial: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/

February 24, 2017 at 4:49 pm #751487Hi,
I can’t reproduce the issue on my end and it’s working for thousands of other customers, so if you follow the instructions then it should work on your end as well. It is important to delete all your Google API key at first, before re creating them from scratch. Clear browser cache and make sure you and your server are not using any caching.
Best regards,
Andy -
