    Hello my dear Kriesi support team,

    I want to have google maps on my page. My API works well. But when I insert Google Map element in my page, I get only blank space, where there is hidden message “Maps were disabled by the visitor on this site.”
    I know there should be a button to enable Google maps on website for a user and I have it in my cookie bar. Still not working.

    Could you, for example, please create a simple tutorial how to deal with the gdpr bs when we want to have Google Map on our site?

    Hi tondagjpme!

    The browser console shows me following error:

    
[AVIA-MAP-ERROR] Latitude or Longitude missing

    which indicates the coordinates of the marker is missing (address you want to display on the map).

    Please check if the address data is correct. If this doesn’t solve the issue please create me an admin account and I’ll look into it.
