Did you add billing details to the Google account which you created the API key with?

Thanks for the login details, you are getting this error on the page: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages?utm_source=maps_js&utm_medium=degraded&utm_campaign=billing#api-key-and-billing-errors. Are you using the same key on other sites too maybe?
