    Regarding this post link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/google-maps-develpoment-purposes/#post-986648

The issue is not solved but Basilis closed it anyway. I don’t know what’s happening but I never had so much disappointment with Kriesi Support team. I opened the thread 6 days ago and in 5 days you didn’t pay enough attention to understand my issue and you gave me only wrong solutions.

Just Ismael is the only who got the point, as always. So please tell me if you can provide me a real solution, otherwise I’ll find on my own but at least I know I have to.

I installed the plugin API KEY for Google Maps and it works. This is the proof there’s something wrong with the theme, if anyone want to check it.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the confusion.

Basilis probably thought that the actual issue was fixed so he closed it. Sorry about that. Anyway, the map element is displaying properly when I checked the site today. Is that fixed? The map API key is also authenticated.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

don’t worry, it’s not about you. My complaining was about the missing attention with the issue when I provided the access to let them check. Anyway it’s solved with the third-party plugin, but with Enfold the problem still exist.

If you want to investigate and login, you can temporary disable the plugin and check it. I’m telling you because it could be a minor bug with Enfold and I think it could be useful for the community.

Thanks and sorry for the misunderstanding
    Davide

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

It works properly when every plugins are deactivated. I didn’t check which plugin causes the issue but there’s definitely something off when they’re all activated. One of the plugin is probably loading another instance of maps API.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
