HI there,
Sorry to add to the list of people having problems with this but I can’t the the Google Maps API working. I’m on the latest version of Enfold, have followed your tutorial on how to set up the API key, the API key is in there but it’s as if Enfold can’t see if, as when I type in the address and try to fetch co-ordinates, it’s giving the pop up message on how to register an API key which I’ve already done.Any suggestions on how I can resolve this please?
Thanks for your help.

What other logins do you need apart from the WP one that I gave you?
January 26, 2017 at 5:44 pm #739049January 29, 2017 at 3:39 pm #739949That’s strange. I’m not getting this additional login requirement. Have you tried entering the WP username and password that I gave you to access? Thanks
January 29, 2017 at 5:04 pm #739960Hey!
Can you please disable any of the plugins that are runing, so we can be able to identify the issues?
Thanks a lotBest regards,
BasilisJanuary 31, 2017 at 12:32 am #740451SOrry I had already indicated in a previous post that you could disable plugins but I have done that there now. There are hardly any plugins installed as the site is in development mode. Thanks.

Could someone come back to me please on this issue? Thanks.February 2, 2017 at 10:58 pm #742072Hi,
I tried logging in to your site but I see the popup that Yigit posted which is asking for authentication, I tried using the details you gave but the popup form doesn’t go away. What Basilis is referring to disabling plugins that is preventing us to access your site.
Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 8, 2017 at 11:27 am #744303Sorry guys,
I do apologise but a maintenance mode plugin was requesting the extra login. If you try now, you should be able to get access. The login details are in a previous, private post. Thanks as always for your help.
Kind regards

February 13, 2017 at 6:50 am #746139Hey!
The htaccess authentication is still there. Please ask your hosting provider if there is a security or a country block that prevents from us accessing the site. You can find our locations in the following link.
And if you have access to the .htaccess file, please post the content on pastebin.com. We would like to check it.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 16, 2017 at 12:50 pm #747925Guys
I checked with the hosting provider and they have block on traffic outside the country, to prevent bot attacks on WP sites. So I’ll post the login and password below so you can access the site. Thanks for your patience and sorry about the confusion but I wasn’t aware of this.
Thanks
/DFebruary 17, 2017 at 8:16 am #748253Hi!
We checked the maps in the contact page and we found these errors in the console.
This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/geocoding_backend?project=_ For more information on authentication and Google Maps Javascript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
Please make sure that you setup the API key in accordance to our documentation. Read Step 4 carefully.

If this is still not working, please provide the login details to your gmail account and we’ll set it up for you.
