    Hi,

I have the api key correctly installed on the child theme on the backend but when google maps charges, an error appears on it: No Api Key.

I don’t know what happens. Could you help me to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jordi

    Hey Empatica,

You have the header.php file in your child theme, is it from the latest version too?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

I deleted the header.php file from my child’s theme because I don’t use it yet. I clear the cache and the error continues.

    Regards,

    Jordi

    Hi Jordi,

Thanks for the update. On which page are you using the Google Maps element? Please create a test page, or link to one where the actual element is used. Also please make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    The site runs PHP 7.3.

I attach the url, user and password on the private content box.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jordi

    Hi Empatica,

Actually, myEventOn is using Google maps too, I think it can be disabled somewhere. Please check the plugin’s settings.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

It’s true. It was necessary to add de api key on the plugin’s settings.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,

    Jordi
