January 3, 2017 at 10:12 pm #729176Hey Kai,
If there was any code added earlier to fix this issue please remove it and update the theme to the latest version 3.8.4.
Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link
If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.
While setting up the API key make sure to add
*
before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.Example *.kriesi.at/*
Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services

January 3, 2017 at 10:55 pm #729202Hi Vinay, thanks for the quick reply!
It was my first API Key, so I couldn’t delete any older ones. But I checked the Credentials and there was no API Key anymore. I checked the Dashboard and there I could “Activate API”. I did this and now it works. Strange …
Cheers, Kai

RikardJanuary 10, 2017 at 11:37 am #731509Hey dear kriesi team
strange behaviour on one of my customer sites. The german version (see LINK to website at private content) ist working well. But on the english version won´t show any maps! As you can see we use wpml plugin for translating to english version.
We´re using latest ENFOLD Version: EnfoldVersion: 3.8.4 and WordPress 4.7
Any ideas? Help is appreciated :-)January 11, 2017 at 6:24 am #731871Hi @KulturDesign,
You are getting this error message on the page: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#deleted-api-project-map-error. Could you check if that is the case please?

RikardJanuary 11, 2017 at 9:34 am #731949Hey Rikard
thank´s for you very fast reply.
Yes, that´s the error but I use the same API key for the german version of this site and there´s no error…and the map is workingDeletedApiProjectMapError Error
Your API project may have been deleted from the Google Developers Console. Please check the project for which you generated the API key that’s included in JavaScript API loader. You can create a new API project and get a new key on the Google Developers Console.best regards
StankoJanuary 11, 2017 at 1:53 pm #732041Hi,
I do not see the google maps on both the pages. Please delete the API key from google API manager and create a new API it should work fine. If yous till have any issue please share the wordpress admin credentials and your google credentials in private so we can create a new API key and test it for you.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 12, 2017 at 12:08 pm #732590please – this is not helping, because I do have on german site the maps – and deleting the “working API Key” is no solution :-(
wp admin credentials please see “private content” – thxJanuary 16, 2017 at 7:46 am #733926Hi,
This is the error that we get from the EN version.
DeletedApiProjectMapError Error
Your API project may have been deleted from the Google API Console. Please check the project for which you generated the API key that’s included in JavaScript API loader. You can create a new API project and get a new key on the Google API Console.
See Obtaining an API key.Did you delete the project from the Google API console? I also noticed that the API key of the Dutch theme options is different from the English one so we copied the API key from the dutch version to the english theme options. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh before checking the page.
