even after 1 week I have not received any reply to my question. still hope, someone will read this and give some help
i have activated the google map media-element on our contact page, my api key has been renewed after google changed its system and enfold says it works. but it does not seem to work.
google maps does not show but there is a blank space instead. i have now loaded a fallback image, this does load, but this is not what i intended google maps for …
i have tried to put in a complete address (street, zip, city) as well as just the city (which is our initial intention), but neither one works either.
i have read many entries for this question by other participants and have tried several hints, but could not find any that helped.

As I understand you are unable to fetch the location correct?
Please check the Google map documentation for a workaround.
If you still have an issue please post a link to your site.
