Hello
I have created a widget with good maps in it, to place on our contact site. However the zoom level doesn´t change…it´s always to close, no matter if i set it at 5 or 15. It seems like it zooms in instantly.
You can see it here : http://greenforcecompany.dk/kontakt-info/
I have a google map in a Tab Content element. instead of centering the map my marker gets displayed at 0,0.
Hi,
It should work. Try to go to google map again. Enter your address. Right click the marker of your location then click “What’s Here”. The coordinates (latitude and longtitude) will automatically pop up. Fill up the google map widget with the coordinates. Zoom lvl 1 is world view.
Regards,
Ismael
I am using an iframe with the correct values. The marker is centered in my backend-view. it just “moves” to 0,0 in my tabbed map.
Afaik this is a bug with the google maps iframes and tabs (see https://kriesi.at/support/topic/google-map-issue-with-shortcode-tabs ). I guess the only solution is to use the map in the first tab (the tab content is not hidden by default) or to use it outside of tabs. I’ll mark this thread for Kriesi.
