    The map used to load perfectly on my locations page but now it’s blank and this is the error I get:

    [AVIA-LOG] Map creation stopped, var av_google_map not found

    Hey Andrea,

    I get an empty page with a lone link saying Scroll to top? Not sure if that is how it’s supposed to be but please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hey!

    The html tags added in the Marker Tooltip are causing the issue. I cloned the map element, remove the html tags then remove the original element. The map started to work again. http://newsite.curlyhost.com/locations/

    Try to shorten the google maps url inside the Marker Tooltip: http://bitly.com/ http://goo.gl/

    NOTE: I saved the original google map element as template (Google Map).

    Hi Ismael,

    I did shorten the links and it still didn’t work – and then I took the links out all together and then it started loading. The client really wanted those to be linkable – let me know if, in a further update, putting links in the tooltip area could be an option.

    on one map i got an e-mail adress in the tooltip – this works well too – but on that client i installed a crypt plugin which inserted his code by replacing the mailto link with his script than.
    That causes a similar reaction – white space.
