Hi Kriesi Team,
– I know you may gets frustrated to hear again and again about the Google Map issues from the participants :) – So, I tried to solve it from other threads by myself but it wasn’t successful.
– In my contact page (links in private area), I use Google Map, but it doesn’t show up at ll. (I already created an API key and put it in Google Service tab from Enfold-Child)Regards,
SadeghAugust 27, 2016 at 12:15 am #678346I am having the same issue. I have created 3 different keys from Google in the manner described in the tutorial and none of them are working. It will not “fetch” the coordinates and tells me to enter the API key. If I enter the coordinates myself, I don’t get an error in the console but nothing shows up where the map should be. It does show the marker I set but NO MAP.
My url I’m testing is http://tarrytown.agentassets.com and click on ‘Location’ in the navigation menu.
UPDATE:
I manually put the coordinates in backwards so the map does show after swapping those. However, the “fetch coordinates” does not seem to work! This is a huge deal for my clients. Please advise me on how you or I can fix this?- This reply was modified 8 years, 4 months ago by buddyq.

YigitAugust 30, 2016 at 5:27 pm #679594Hi Yigit,
I already wrote the right name -as you mentioned in the image-, but the problem is solved somehow.
–
The reason might be related to this fact that I didn’t verify my domain before in Google API, so here is the steps for other participants who’ve faced the same issue like me. (this may not be the only way, but it worked for me :) :1- Go to Google Analytics
2- Submit your website (in both “Analytics Account” and “Search Console”)
3- Insert your Tracking ID in Enfold tab in WordPress dashboard.
4- Then go to your Google APIs, click on “Domain Verification”, then add your submitted website in step 2 .
(it worked for me)(you may now close the thread please)
Kind regards,
