Hello,
I’m updating a page on my site and dropped a new full width Google Map element onto the page, but it does not render. I just see a big white space. This doesn’t appear to be an API issue, as if you pan around the pan the map around the map elements start to render. I also don’t see any console or network errors when i inspect the page. I just cannot get any part of the map that’s in the view port to render on page load. I use this widget across a dozen other pages on my site without issue. Not sure why editing an existing page or making a new one would cause this to happen. Any ideas?March 19, 2017 at 7:11 am #763093Hey gvadam,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for that, details are working now. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.3) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardMarch 22, 2017 at 3:24 pm #764815Reloading and upgrading the theme was the first troubleshooting step i tried, but i rolled it back when i saw no change. I updated to (4.0.3) and the behavior is still the same.

There are a few errors in the console.

IsmaelMarch 29, 2017 at 6:15 pm #768972I believe that to be a red herring. That console error was briefly visible due to a setting in Google tag manager. That resource is just Facebook page view code. I double checked all folder permissions and deactivated all plugins and it did not change. I do want to stress that this map element is working on other sections of my site. It only does not work when i add a new Google map element to a page.

Can you provide us a screenshot, how you added the site to the API of Google?
