    Hey Nathan,

Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link

If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.

While setting up the API key make sure to add * before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.

    Example *.kriesi.at/*

Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    I feel confused

I went to theme forest to my account in settings and copied that and paste it into

    Enfold>Them Update

    is that where you mean?

    #745801

there are a lot of “theme options” options, are you referring to “Theme Update” section?

    #745905

    Hi,

    It’s Enfold > Google Services

    Best regards,
    Vinay

I don’t have that option or tab

and it says in “Theme Update”

“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)”

    ?

    Hi,

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Best regards,
    Yigit

I hear you thank you for the links

so if i update manually will I loose any content?

    #745941

I feel happy the plugin worked.

    the theme update says

“Attention: Any modifications made to the Theme Files will be lost when updating. If you did change any files (Custom CSS rules or PHP file modifications for example) make sure to create a theme backup.”

    “will be lost”

what does “theme files” mean what is that referring to?

    #745981

    Hi!

You have not done any modifications so you are not going to loose something.
That is for those who modify the files of the theme.

Let us know if we can do anything else for you

    Regards,
    Basilis
