    Hi there,

    I have maps in widgets on my website which work fine. I tried to instal a map in my Footer but it doesnt work. Can you help?

    Hey Sonotheme,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Nikko,

    I have given you access now via the temporary login app. please seee link below in private section.

    So the widget is in the footer menu (column 1) this has the google map inserted. But as you can see it isnt showing at the front end.

    Thnak you for your quick reply it would be awesome if you could help me here.

    Hi Sonotheme,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    This is fixed now, I have set the width to 100% and height of 200px. :)

    Hi Nikko,
    Thanks so much that is great!

    Not sure why wasnt able to do this in the first place.

    I can see that the map is in the widget. Somehow I still seem to have issues doing it myself.

    I have now tried to upload another map to column 4. But the whole column doesnt seem to show.

    Sorry but I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. When I drag the widget in the footer column and try to add coordinates or adress I dont see a map appear at the moment. Although at the back end the map is there. Sorry but would you mind having a look at this as well?

    Your help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much.

    Sorry,

    I meant at the back end the widget is there with text and address etc but with no map showing. At the front end I can’t see the title or anything that column is just blank.

    Are you referring to the Enfold Google Maps Widget in column4?

    Hi Nikko,

    Yes. Exactly It is the same widget as the one you managed to get working in column 1, but this one doesnt seem to work.

    It’s fixed.
    You forgot to click on Fetch Coordinates after putting the address :)
