    The Google map on my Enfold Theme does not always work.

    Could you help me with this please. All the addresses I have are finadable on a normal Google Map.

    I am sending you a link from my web-site which contains a Google Map:

    Hey DharmavajraDesign,

    I get an error when I inspect the page you linked to:

    [AVIA-MAP-ERROR] Latitude or Longitude missing

    Could you verify that the address is correct?

    If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Those are cPanel credentials. How do you login to /wp-admin?

    Hi Victoria,

    Once you log into C panel – you will find a wordpress logo somewhere at the bottom of the page – click on this logo and you go to a new page. Again somewhere at the bottom of this page you will find a list of 2 WordPress sites – click on the first and you will go directly to the Wp-admin. This is my nor mal procedure of logging in.

    If this is confusing for you – we can discuss this on Skype over the weekend.

    Hi,

    I had a couple of questions.

    1) The Google Maps on our web-site is not working. Could someone please have a look. Two of your colleages asked me for the login details which I sent – but I have not received any reply. I even sent them details of how to login to our wordpress web-site as we have to go through with C-Panel. Please do get in touch with me regarding these maps as we need to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

    2) In the Footer below in the 2nd column I have added an Enfold Advertising area with 2 images. Both the images do not appear. Could you please let me know why and help me find a solution.

    Hi,
    I have taken a look at your Google Map, and see that it is not working correctly, I tested the address on my localhost (testing site) and it works there, so the address is not the issue. But your SSL has expired on Aug 24, 2017
    I believe that this is the root issue, please contact your host or your SSL issuer to resolve this.

    You are right that the SSL certificate might have expired. But the problem of the Maps was there even before this. I will still get in touch providers for the SSL renewal, though, and see if that changes anything. If not I will get back to you.

    I had another question about a widget add that does not work. I have posted this yesterday. Could you please have a look at this question and let me know?

    There two keys on the page and so one of them is not valid, this is why you get the error.
    I still do not see your WordPress credentials.

    I had a question regarding Contact Form 7 .

    How does the web-master or the person concerne receive notification of any bookings done through this form.

    Under Mail there are 2 e-mails.

    But which of this is valid?
