When I go into the page, I get this error message.

This page is selected to be displayed as maintenance mode page but is not active at the moment. (Set in Enfold » Theme Options). (Change) Therefore it cannot be accessed directly by the general public in your frontend. (Logged in users who are able to edit this page can still see it)

However, I have set maintenance mode to Disabled in the theme

    My Enfold Theme Options situation.

    Frontpage Settings – My page
And where do you want to display the Blog?
    Page Preloading -no
    Lightbox Modal Window -no
Custom Error 404 Page – No custom 404 page selected
    Maintenance Mode – Disabled
Select Your Editor – Use Block Editor
Preprocessing Shortcodes In Header – Do not allow to preprocess shortcodes

I relied on a translator to post. Please consider and answer. I need your help.

    Hey zxcv123a1,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Please check.

    One page is in trouble.

There was an automatic redirection of the front page domain and the problem was solved through the canonical tag. If there’s another way, you can let me know.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, it looks like you have your front page set as your custom 404 page in the main page of the theme options. Please try selecting a dedicated 404 page there instead.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

If you set your front page as a 404 page, then it’s going to return a 404 error. That is kind of obvious, isn’t it? Please try setting a dedicated 404 page which is not your front page.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

I see that you site is still returning a 404 error when I check with this service: https://httpstatus.io/. Could you give us FTP login detail in private so that we can check your htaccess file please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I’m sorry. I’m a beginner. But “Custom Error 404 Page”
Setting the item “No custom 404 page selected” does not solve the problem.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though those details are not working for FTP. To clarify; we need FTP login details, not details to login to your hosting provider account.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    This is my FTP information.

    Hi!

I went to Enfold theme options, chose to enable maintenance mode and chose “select page” instead of your page and then disabled it and it worked. Attached a screenshot in private content field. Please review your website :)

    Cheers!
