    Hi,

I have an issue with Google Fonts.

I am trying to migrate from the WP Google Fonts plugin to using only Enfold Font Manager.

My problem is that none of the Google fonts that I upload through the Font Manager are displayed on the website.
When I use CSS like [font-family: “Open Sans Condensed’], it is not showing on the website (but was showing before with my old plugin).

So Enfold Font Manager doesn’t work except for one font, ‘Tajawal’, used in the main menu (header), that is for information the only font that WP Google Fonts plugin doesn’t have in their list, so I never used it before. Maybe there is conflict between my old plugin WP Google Fonts and Enfold Font Manager ?

I emptied cache at every step, I tried disabling all other plugins, disabled caching plugin, used Firefox Chrome Edge, I don’t have any font added in Layerslider…

Do you have an idea on how to solve this issue please ?

    Thank you for your help,

    Hey Vrout,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
Can you also give us ftp access? so we can check it further.
You can post the ftp details in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    Thanks for your answer !

I’m sorry but I don’t have authorization to give ftp access… maybe there are things I can go check myself for you?
You tell me I am at your disposal.

    Thank you !

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Did you try to disable the Google font plugin? You may also need to temporarily turn off the css and js compression in the Performance panel.

    Best regards,

    Hi!

Just for information, I found the solution : the issue was that for two-word Google fonts, like Signika Negative, when I used it before in CSS I put it like this : 'Signika Negative', but now that I have downloaded the font from Google Fonts directly and uploaded it to the font manager, it should be called like this : Signika-negative

That is why I didn’t have any issue with Tajawal font, it is only one word

I didn’t see the issue, now I do, and maybe it can help someone else

    Thank you Enfold !
