I’m not sure if this is important because when I check the website it is using the google font Open Sans without any problem.

IsmaelIt’s requesting the Entypo Font for the icons which is not a google font. This should not be happening and is an error that needs to be fixed. Thanks.

I don’t know why you’re getting that url but please check header.php, find this code:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=EntypoRegular" media="all" />Remove it. Do you have any font plugins of some sort? Please deactivate all plugins.
