    Hi,

    I would like to use the google font PT Sans, but I’m having difficulties. With both ttf and woff files, I get the message: Couldn´t add the font because the server didnt´t respond. My compressed folder only contains the woff and woff2 files.

    Hey Rikard,
    Thanks for your reply! I now have a response from my provider: “The zip extension is automatically enabled on all web servers.” Are there any other possible causes, what else could I try?

    The fonts are already uploaded (woff + ttf in two different folders)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I tried uploading a font and the server is responding with a 403 error on the file in private. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask why the server is not allowing that action.

    I’ve now managed to upload the fonts. I had to disable the host’s firewall.
