    Hi, I can’t put the Google Api Key on the site. The message is this: Unable to connect to Google Maps with this API key.

    I followed all the instructions, tried to create new api key. Disabled plugins. But it doesn’t work. what can I do?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Could you post the API key in the private field as well? We would like to check and test it in the theme options, see if we encounter any errors.

    Hi Elisa,

    Thanks for that. The first one doesn’t seem to work when I try it, but the second one tells me that you haven’t added billing details to the Google account which you used to create the API. Valid billing details are a requirement for Google Maps to work: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable?pli=1
