    Despite implementing the cookie banner and following all the necessary configurations as outlined in the documentation, I’m still encountering an issue where Google Analytics cookies are being loaded before user consent is obtained. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you add the tracking code in the Enfold > Google Services > Google Analytics Tracking Code field? We would like to check the issue but we encountered a fatal error when we tried to login in to the site.

    Yes i add the tracking code in the Enfold > Google Services > Google Analytics Tracking Code field let me see the issue and resolve fatal error then you can login and check the issue

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behaviour is set to the second option, so all external services, including the tracking script, will still load even without user consent. To block it, you need to set the Default Cookie Behaviour to the third or fourth option. Please make sure to purge the cache and empty the local storage after adjusting the settings.

    Thank you for the update.

    Looks like you’ve installed the GTM4WP – A Google Tag Manager (GTM) plugin for WordPress. Please note that the tracking script added by this plugin is not covered by the theme’s privacy options. You may need to use an additional plugin or create a custom script.

    could you please let me know what additional plugin could help me with it or could you please guide me to the article where ustom script has been added to block A Google Tag Manager cookies that could help me resolving the issue thank you in anticiaption

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we haven’t used the plugin before, so we’re not sure if there is a privacy plugin that can cover or control the scripts it loads. Please contact the plugin authors for more info.
