Hi, this topic is based on (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/google-analytics-4-not-working-at-all/#post-1413103) as requested by the supporter.
I am having problems with the GA4-code & cookie. I think it is still not recognized in the enfold options.
I copied the whole GA4-Stream-Tag from google to the field in the google service tab of the options. In the cookie-modal I can not select the google analytics cookie and I also can’t select the GA-related cookies in the other cookies tab. So the code is never loaded and analytics is not working.
Do you have an idea?
Thank you for your help!July 14, 2023 at 7:54 am #1413271Hey maxh_muc,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The tracking script is working correctly on our end, but we had to accept the cookies beforehand. It is collecting data from the client, as shown in the screenshot. (see private field)
Best regards,

do you have a solution for this problem, yet?
Thx

as mentioned before the cookie es not selectable. Please look at the screenshots.
The privacy toggle is accessible on our end, using Chrome. Please check the screenshot in the private field. Which browser are you using?

I am using FF 105.0.2 with standard privacy settings.
So maybe it is just a FF-problem if its working in your Chrome…Thanks
July 21, 2023 at 9:55 am #1413923Hi,
It appears to be functioning correctly on Firefox as well. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Have you tried it on a different machine or computer?
