Hello Enfold Team, i have a problem with google maps showing.
Its not showing wth Safari Apple desktop an mobile. Is only showing fallback picture +
Maps were disabled by the visitor on this siteBut its important to know what you do, because ihave to do the same on the final web page
Thanks so much for helpSeptember 27, 2019 at 2:05 am #1142527Hey stefan,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We can’t login to the site because the page reloads, the spam protection appears but then after filling it in, it just redirects back to the login page. Can you disable the login protection temporarily? And please provide a link to the actual page with the issue.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 27, 2019 at 3:54 pm #1142788Hi Ismael. sorry strange, should be only a problem with firefox.
i disable the plugin . thanks!!!September 30, 2019 at 4:58 am #1143214Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The map doesn’t display on initial load because the cookies have not been accepted yet. Users have to accept the cookies first, reload the page and only then that they will be able to see the map or any elements using cookies. In the latest version, there will an option where you can choose to auto reload the page once the user accepted the cookies.

October 7, 2019 at 9:58 pm #1145934Hi,
Could you please replace /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js and flush browser cache?
Best regards,
YigitOctober 7, 2019 at 10:57 pm #1145953Hmm. That’s a work-around I’d like to embark on only as a last course of action.
Will the problem be fixed in the next Enfold update? Or, is this problem unique to the website in question?
October 7, 2019 at 11:00 pm #1145954Hi,
This is the fix that is going to be added in upcoming update. A function in this file was causing JS error on Safari (both mobile and desktop versions) which was blocking cookie consent bar from loading and since Google cookies needs to be accepted to load Google maps, it was not loading.
Best regards,
YigitOctober 7, 2019 at 11:02 pm #1145955Ah, okay. Thanks for the update on the upcoming update.
I’ll hold off on this change for now then.
Thanks for the quick reply Yigit,

RikardNovember 14, 2019 at 12:19 pm #1156730Hi folks. I’m wondering when enfold 4.6.3.2 (or whatever the next upgrade number will be) will be available. It’s been more than a month since the Google Maps problem with Safari.
Thanks.

But he really wasn’t there yesterday. But now I can ask my question. Otherwise it works well with IE11. There are no complaints :-) Stefan
