Hope you are well,
My site is a multi site and am currently configuring the menu to show the categories. I have over 100 stores and they have chosen a parent category and child category on their products. Ones I have pre-set. They only chose categories I have inputted in backend.
But when you go to main site and home page and chose “shop” and have categories fall under, does show the products.
Just says no products to show?
Can this please be fixed. Is it a simple permalink problem? As it does say there is products but then nothing.

Thank you for using Enfold.
The site has an version of the theme, 3.1.3. Please update to the latest version of the theme, 3.5.4, and WordPress 4.5.2. Make sure that all plugins are updated as well.

So I am unsure how do I update the theme?
If you go to “theme update” under “enfold” on dashboard. Says it is up to date?
Please help me here. As I don’t want to pay for enfold again?

Please try the following plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. Also make sure that your credentials are correct. If that doesn’t work then please try updating manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Not sure if you can login and help. As they should work as enfold is multi site compatible right?

I started building the menu tab in the back end.
See how you can’t find the products as such.
I navigate to Shop on home page and then chose jewellery. You can see there is products in them to view. You see necklace (7). But then when you chose the item. It doesn’t work. See links below.
A customer should of course be able to find the items from all sites. How come it does work?

I’m not sure why there are products in the category because if we check the Products panel, there are no products there. Did you transfer or migrate this site?

I have a multi site. So the products are under the multi site and so are categories.
I found a way to pull all categories across all sites.
But I need code to fix how they are viewed and to be responsive. Not sure why it is doing this?

See how they are not cosmetically appealing To be placed in grid of 5 but the text to align in box and the images to fit the box too. There is space where the image meets the box.

It doesn’t take you to product. This is a huge problem.Should be like this. So all hyperlinks should not have /shop/ in it.
When you remove it works? How do I change this for all products?

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
