Hi All,
I am facing a problem of “Internal Server Error” or “sometimes Gateway Timeout Error” when ever i m trying to set Transparent Header or any other option except “Hide Header on this page” from header Visibility and Transparency drop down of page layout, When I m selecting “Hide Header on this page” then page is loading perfectly but header is not loading as a result logo, menus, top header is not showing.
I have also updated the enfold theme from 5.1.1 to 5.2.1 but then also problem remains the same.
Looking forward to get quick response to solve the issue.
December 16, 2022 at 2:20 pm #1376412We have some more information from our hosting company related to this. It looks like this is theme related. We are using the Enfold Travel demo.
Here is the information from the host (including the URL for the website):
The domain maritimetravel.nicomitcms.com is still producing the following errors.
[Thu Dec 15 16:33:37.507489 2022] [cgi:error] [pid 74060:tid 139968580134656] [client 45.135.16.198:37447] AH01215: PHP Fatal error:

on line 213: /dh/cgi-system/php74.cgiThis is an indication the theme on the domain has hard coded limits within different control php files installed on the domain. This appears to be an issue related to the code and the next course of action should be to reach out to the theme Developers at enfold.
We are having issues with a website that is in development for a client. We can access the WP Dashboard with no issues, but cannot load the website.
This is the error we are seeing now when we try to load the website:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.I just disabled the main menu and the website is loading, so it does look like this is something related to the menu and nav-menu-template.php file.

December 17, 2022 at 6:35 pm #1376494Hi,
The file which is throwing the error is not a theme file. Did you try changing the max execution time on the server? This is not a general problem with the theme, so it’s likely due to a local setting on your server.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 19, 2022 at 2:35 pm #1376711Thanks for the reply Rikard. Do you have any suggestions based on what I mentioned about the website loading without errors once the menu was disabled as the main menu in the theme? As soon as we did that, the site loaded and there were no errors (aside from the menu not displaying correctly with not having one set). See the link in the private content.

December 19, 2022 at 7:14 pm #1376768Hi,
It might be because the menu load time extends beyond the max execution time set on the server, you can test that by setting a higher value.

RikardDecember 21, 2022 at 4:42 pm #1377015Thanks Rikard.
It did end up being something related to the menu in the website. We aren’t sure what the exact issue was, but we removed the code for the menu completely and then replaced it. That fixed things.
