    We have been receiving spam contacts from the contact forms which have the Append a privacy policy message to template builder contact forms? set to yes.

    This raises two problems / questions:

    1. How can you submit the form without the acceptance being set to yes?
    2. Why are the spam messages getting through? – There is little chance that they could be flagged as anything other than spam as they are offering services which are probably illegal in most places.

    Hi,

    They probably found a way around the validation script. You should try to enable the contact form’s reCAPTCHA option for added security. The reCAPTCHA API keys can be added inside the Enfold > Google Services panel.
