Getting Errors in error_log when loading fontello font pack

That is an issue with the uploaded pack it seems.
Can you please provide us backend access also so we can send the ticket to kriesi and he gives a further look?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. I tried to troubleshoot this issue however the credentials you provided should have admin access as the user role to further troubleshoot this issue. Right now the user role is set to subscriber or author may be.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Please update the same and get back to us so we can further investigate this.

Thank you for the credentials and sorry for the late reply.

I checked the site fro the fontello icon upload problem.

1. While downloading the custom icons please give it a unique name on the fotello site. It should work correctly.

2. Go to Media > Library and confirm the zip file you uploaded is here. If not upload the zip file to media library and select it from the theme options to upload icons.
